I've worked on both sides for TD, once with an agency and another time with their internal customer experience agency.
With the agency I was able to work on a wide range of campaigns and executions from evergreen video productions (Fig.1), to creative one-offs (Fig.2), to product promotion campaigns (Fig.3).
Product design
In my 5+ years on the internal TD Insurance team, we grew the percentage of insurance policies purchased online from 18% to 44%.
We did it by launching a new quoter system and continuously deploying enhancements based on user testing and usage metrics.
